TOTO Toilets Help Consumers Navigate the New Normal
The COVID-19 global pandemic has brought an entirely new routine to people's lives. TOTO uses its technology to aid users in navigating the New Normal.
Toto's culture is founded on the Kaisen principle, or "perfection". Their latest toilet, the WELLNESSTOILET, uses cutting edge technology to help customers achieve health and wellness.
he has a good point -labeled plumbing fixtures are EPA-approved and help conserve energy and water while providing a safe, reliable performance. TOTO USA is one of the first companies to be awarded the WaterSense Label for its EcoPower flush valves, and commercial flushometers.
Our Aquia IV Dual-flush Toilet is an excellent example of high-efficiency bathroom fixtures. It only uses 1.28 gallons per flush, which is less than the 1.6 gallons needed to meet EPA standards for an elongated toilet. The Aquia IV also features TOTO TORNADO FLUSH technology, which reduces bowl cleaning frequency and the necessity for additional flushes, further reduces its environmental footprint.
Another method to conserve water is by installing a showerhead with a low flow, which reduces the amount of water used when washing or bathing. Our high-efficiency showerheads are WaterSense certified and come with the modern technology to provide superior performance and comfort.
In an era where water shortages are common, limiting water usage is vital. TOTO's EcoPower technology, which is used in our Aquia IV toilet as well as our NEXUS one-piece toilet, helps reduce the amount of water we use by using just 1.28 Gallons per flush to eliminate waste.
TOTO's elongated toilets are approved by the EPA for high efficiency. They come with a round or elongated bowl and an ADA-compliant height of 17-19 inches. We also offer an elongated, compact toilet which is ideal for tight spaces and uses just 0.9 gallons per flush.
TOTO's bidets are among the most sought-after in the market for both home and business use. These are not only more affordable than toilet paper, they also offer better cleaning, leaving you feeling confident and refreshed. The NEXUS Bidet utilizes our EWATER+ Technology, which is made by electrolyzing tapwater into an acidic solution that contains sodium chloride ions. This creates an effective disinfectant that kills bacteria, viruses and other pathogens, while leaving your skin and environment in good health.

ADA Compliant
You can see the terms "ADA compliant" and "universal height" However, not all toilets with universal height are ADA-compliant.
The ADA standards established by the Americans with Disabilities Act are specifically designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities that include those with limited mobility or lower body strength. Toto incorporates these standards into their products to ensure that their customers can enjoy the bathroom experience they want with ease of use.
TOTO's ADA-compliant toilets have a one-piece construction that instantly enhances the look of any bathroom and also offers a functional benefit over traditional two-piece designs. By eliminating the gap between the bowl and tank, TOTO's one-piece designs facilitate cleaning by preventing the accumulation of dirt and other debris. TOTO's Eco UltraMax toilets also have a high-efficiency flushing system that is water-efficient. These toilets are water-efficient and use 1.28 gallons per flush (GPF) or less.
One-Piece or Two-Piece Design
Many who have been to Japan have praised the ease and efficiency of the Toto toilets they used. Toto toilets are Japanese brands that feature an all-in-one design, integrating the tank and bowl. These toilets are simple to clean and can be placed in tight spaces. They are also sturdy and last for a long period of time.
The band Toto was formed in the early 1970s, after members did session work for a number of renowned musicians. Keyboardist David Paich and drummers Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro as well as bassist Joseph Williams were all regular contributors to albums from Steely Dan [73], Seals and Crofts[74], Boz Scaggs[75], and Sonny and Cher.
A few of the band members have done solo work and also. In 1978, Bobby Kimball released an album entitled From the Inside. Steve Lukather released a second album called Luke. David Paich and Joe Porcaro also recorded an album with jazz pianist Miles Davis.
In addition to their music, Toto has done a significant amount of touring over the years. In February 2018, they released their 40 Trips Around The Sun anniversary album and began a world tour to promote it.
The core of TOTO's Total Design principle is taking into account the needs of all different ages and abilities. They offer a variety of Universal Height toilets and sinks that are more accessible for anyone to reach, even those who have limited mobility. They also offer a line of WASHLET+ bidets that have transformed the toilet experience from wiping to washing with the stream of water. This is a superior alternative to paper towels, and many people are now making the switch.
Noise Reduction
In the United States, bathrooms are typically situated near bedrooms, so toilets that reduce the noise to a minimum are popular. And TOTO has found a way to achieve that with its Washlet, a bidet with an electric seat. TOTO's toilets are described as "magical" because they include a rimless basin which requires only a little water and an incredibly warm air spray that cleanses and drys the skin.
The humble toilet is highly appreciated in Japan, which is a country that loves its technological achievements. These qualities are reflected in the country's Toilet Museum which was established in 1999 and is designed to make people think differently about their bathroom habits. The museum employs the power of poop to show that TOTO products are both efficient and environmentally sustainable.
The museum also displays the company's history of innovation, from the first flush to the aeration technology that reduces waste up to 90 percent and requires less water than a traditional toilet. The Washlet is included in this exhibit. It uses a jet to clean and dry the user, while masking embarrassing sounds from the toilet using the sound of birds chirping.
Before forming Toto members like bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro played on albums by famous artists like Steely Dan Seals and Crofts Boz Scaggs and Sonny and Cher. Keyboardist David Paich was a regular on sessions with artists such as the Eagles, Larry Carlton, and Quincy Jones.
In the years following Toto's first album band struggled to achieve success and had to endure a series of changes in members. Then, Hungate left the band in 1980 to pursue a solo career in Nashville. His departure was due to the lack of time for his family and a rising drug addiction. The band's success ultimately was dependent on the talent of Lukather and keyboardist Steve Porcaro.
Comfort
TOTO toilets are designed with comfort in mind. They have many features that make bathroom use more enjoyable. For instance, they have heated seats that help to keep the user warm. To make things easier they also have automatic lids which open and close. In addition, they come with self-cleaning technology that keeps the toilet clean and fresh.
It is essential to be aware of the features you should look for when shopping for a TOTO Toilet. There are numerous models available, and it is important to choose one with all the features you require. You will need the model number as well as the SKU of the toilet to do this. This information is available on the product packaging or on the internet.

They also contributed to Boz Scaggs and Sonny and Cher. In 1980, they formed Toto together with singer/songwriter Joseph Williams.
The band began to tour extensively following the release of Toto IV. In 1985, Fergie Frederiksen's vocalist was fired for reportedly having a difficult time mixing with the other members. Toto released Fahrenheit in 1986, a year following the release of Fahrenheit.
The album was a musical departure for the band, incorporating elements of gospel and jazz. It was not a commercial success in North America, but did well in Japan. In 1987, Toto played the Montreux Jazz Festival and continued to tour. During this time the bassist David Hungate left the band to focus on his recording and production career. Steve Lukather, a guitarist/vocalist was his replacement.
